Who is responsible

Website statistics — without cookies

To understand which pages are useful we count visits with our own statistics software, which runs on our server. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

  • We record the page you view, the website that sent you here (if any), campaign tags in the link, your browser, operating system and device type, your preferred language and — only if our hosting network provides it — your country.
  • We never store your IP address. To count unique visitors per day we combine it with your browser details and a random value that changes every day and is then deleted. The result cannot be linked across days or traced back to you.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics are kept for up to 24 months.

The white-paper form

When you request a white paper we collect your first and last name, e-mail address and, if you give them, your company and role. We use them to send you the document and, if you tick the box, occasional news about Agorà.

  • Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
  • We keep these details for RETENTION PERIOD, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • We do not sell or share them. They are stored on our own server in the European Union.

Videos

The Agorà Studio demo is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing is loaded from those services until you press play. When you do, they may process data under their own privacy policies.

E-mail

If you write to us or book a call, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to follow up on your request.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies. Our staff area uses a single technical cookie to keep administrators signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
